One of those days.
Was quite nippy this morning so double layered up with a jumper and gilet. Perfect.
Come 11AM the clouds subside, it’s hotter than the Sun!
Then decided to be helpful and refill the kitchen hand paper towel dispenser, picked up a wad from the store cupboard and walked into the kitchen, unpacked the wad only for the wad to fall on the floor and like a slinky ream after ream of paper towels unravelled on the kitchen floor. Too much of a mess to get back into one unit, they’re as good as gone plus 5 second rule…
On the upside, I did pop into my new workplace down the road and had vetting documents scanned in so the whole process can continue. Yay
The natural balance of ying and yang is a real thing, I'm off on a pub club drive-out with a mate tonight so wondering what the balance will dish out. Stay tuned.

Got pulled for speeding... 70MPH going into a 40MPH limit (still dual carriageway) and didn't slow down quickly enough. Also apparently the car isn't in my name so I guess the previous keeper didn't send off the V5 so I'll ping him an email to do that, and I had a brake light out (which I knew about)
Despite that I somehow got off with a friendly chat and told to go on my way. Probably because it was 3AM I guess!
You were lucky it and it was a pull over and not a camera got done for speeding doing 39mph in a 30mph zone because it was a camera, £100 fine and points on the licence or driving awareness course, thought about the course but as the nearest place where its held is over 150 miles away over several days went for the fine instead. 3am too and not a bloody car pedestrian or other road user for miles.

There was some news recently where a girl was sacked for taking a day off due to her pet dying.
