I know this very spot. Never been there when there's room to drive over about 15mph though
Yeah its terrible in rush hour... Or to be more accurate, between like 7AM and 10AM, and then between about 4PM and 8PM

Just drive your new Daihatsu. Then you don't have to worry about going 70mph as you won't be able to
There's an absolutely terrible joke about speeding on that stretch of the road that you could have made to the copper.Yeah its terrible in rush hour... Or to be more accurate, between like 7AM and 10AM, and then between about 4PM and 8PM

But yes that's insanely close to your house, poor engine

Better check the news and the thread covering this in GDNot sure if you got confused with me or not, but either way I wouldn't see why this would be an issue.
Got pulled for speeding... 70MPH going into a 40MPH limit (still dual carriageway) and didn't slow down quickly enough. Also apparently the car isn't in my name so I guess the previous keeper didn't send off the V5 so I'll ping him an email to do that, and I had a brake light out (which I knew about)
Despite that I somehow got off with a friendly chat and told to go on my way. Probably because it was 3AM I guess!

If there was a camera there I wouldn't have been speedingYou were lucky it and it was a pull over and not a camera got done for speeding doing 39mph in a 30mph zone because it was a camera, £100 fine and points on the licence or driving awareness course, thought about the course but as the nearest place where its held is over 150 miles away over several days went for the fine instead. 3am too and not a bloody car pedestrian or other road user for miles.
Apologies, don't read every thread on here and I recently lost my dog, soo.
