Why did I not put my DVDs in plastic sleeves before?! :eek:
Just managed to get 138 into a cardboard box about 30cm long. (And still room for more) I still have some box sets I need to decide what to do with I.e. leave or put in the sleeves with no cover but have already saved so much space!!

Finally getting there with sorting through years of stuff that's been boxed up :cool:
Now time to chill with a coffee mask and a shower :o:D

It was REALLY good! 10/10. Initially fairly scary too as they had you climbing with barely any footrests over some fairly intimidating drops - I’m not really scared of heights but I admit did panic a couple of times. At one point, travelling left over a ~30m drop there was nowhere to put my right foot (probably a result of me being a terrible climber) and my left foot was on a tiny little peg, so I sort of had to ‘hop’ from one foot to the other on the peg to change my feet. Even with the safety equipment it felt pretty hairy... and there were definitely less safety straps than something like ‘Go Ape’. You don’t need to be ‘a climber’ or particularly fit but absolutely no way could anyone do it that wasn’t an ‘adventurous’ person.

Was about 6 hours in the mine itself with nothing but the light from our headlamps. Loads of zip wires and a freefall drop (from a ‘free fall’ machine). Honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve done in ages. Definitely recommended.

Wasn’t always appropriate to whip out the smart phone but these should give you some idea :)

My cats were kind enough to let me have almost an extra hour in bed this morning. :o now waiting for my mum to arrive to help me sort my oven element, then I'll be cracking on with more sorting :cool: no rest for the wicked today :D
 
Great mine adventure pics. If my health was recoverable, it looks worth a crack for the bucket list.
 
We get a 2Gb WiFi voucher every 2 weeks on here, which is pretty much our only tenuous link to the outside world when we’re at sea. Yet somehow, with 3 days of the last 2 week period to go, I’d managed to save up a reserve of 800mb for slack periods....

Then I fell asleep leaving the WiFi on my phone on, and the ******* thing took the lot in an attempted iCloud update. :(
 
So I read you can colour your hair with coffee. Tried it earlier but didn't work (predictably) :o my hair now smells of coffee though :p

Been waiting for hairdressers to do their usual text of "we haven't seen you for a while here's 25% off" but still no sign of it so guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay full price :rolleyes::p
 
Am sitting in the car in the fog waiting for a real-estate agent to ring so we can get the keys and move in. Physiotherapist warned me not to lift anything heavy, but I soldiered on. So my left knee swole up again. Tick, tick, cross.
