No, they've worked together for about a year, and over the last few months the wife has suspected something was going on but obviously never knew for sure, then last night she told her mum. They're taking it slow given they work together, so only found out last night and no chance to meet yet.

For the record, she's 20, he's 34. I'm 35 and the wife is 48. We met when i was 23/she was 35.

I've so far been winding her up saying i've got a few single mates if it doesn't work out :D

Had to put some trousers in the wash after 1 hour of wearing them last week, as I spilled something on them while eating.

Put them on today and they've er... Got suspicious stains :o

Visiting the in-laws tonight so guess I'll have to change, bah!

 
Just been shafted by Stena. Was in Ireland for work and I drove over. Intended to get the boat back from Rosslare to Fishguard, leaving at 18:15, arriving at about 21:45 so I would've got home for somewhere around 2am. Not ideal but tolerable.

Except the boat was delayed and I only left Rosslare at 23:30 with an ETA of 3am and the M4 is also closed in various places so I'm not likely to get home until something like 8am. Brilliant.

I am worried about the Russia situation. First a global pandemic and now this. :(
 
Finally got off the boat at 3:40 and made it home for 8:20. I am rather tired :)

And yes, even though it was obviously going to happen, the Ukraine situation is definitely very concerning.
