Watching Lost in Translation again, this is turning into like an annual event.

I swear every time I watch it again i notice something new. Just noticed the scene when Bill Murray got out of the taxi going to the strip club he tried to close the door when he got out of the taxi but he misses it. He missed because taxi doors are self closing, so when he pushes it just got thin air.

The GSD incident reminded me of my tale from years ago, when my mate wanted a cheap first car. On his insistence, we drove to a scrap yard (not my first choice to buy a motor). :D

Anyway said friend was haggling over price and being a dog lover I went to stroke the scrappies Jack Russell. Crouched down to pet, only to realise my immediate mistake, this mini Cujo was tethered by a chain, when it lunged I quickly pulled my hand away, the chain caught stopped the JR jumping higher and nipped my thumb.
I say nip, its bite went straight to the bone.

I was so embarrassed at the time. Never crossed my mind to go to A&E, instead we went to the pub. :o

Aside, the advice is right Cat or Dog bite, you need it treated quickly. Cats only eat meat and can be particularly nasty for infections.

I'll admit those custard creams are mostly for show/guests these days as my only biscuit of choice is really Regal Puffs and Golden Oreos :D

There’s a shortage of Golden Oreos in my area at the moment, can’t get them in the supermarkets. It’s shocking!

I watched this today. The first minute or so was pleasant enough but the rest was just a film without a plot. I don’t really get it.

According to Coppola, Life is a series of fleeting moments, sometimes one of these moments would impact you more than others, this is like one of them which happened that lingers in your memory. This movie is a thin slice of a time between these 2 people, one of those moments.

Because the movie is quite vague, there are quite a few opinion, interpretation or essays written about it. One can be taken like the person's video below.

I often just watch it in a more superficial way, if you have ever been to Japan a lot of the little nuances comes across really well in the movie, having shot on location, you would recognise a to of these places.
