I lose my mobile at least once a day and sometimes more.

We have a home phone as well.

If you think those kids screaming is bad you try it with hearing aids.
I think they are designed for sole purpose of amplifying that frequency. Makes me jump out of my skin in supermarket when some little kid in next isle starts.

ps - home phone doesn't make outgoing calls -just incoming

Yeah I bet its quite a shock when that happens, I just cant deal with kids, even though I have 2 of my own, I think it's other people's kids I get annoyed with more :cry:

Colleagues and I can’t think what do customers try to achieve from being rude, aggressive and abusive towards shop staff.

They are all getting negative things
. Upsetting shop staff,
. Causing other customers to queue for longer.
. Not getting 100% customer service
. Getting thrown out or banned
