I will miss the people (mostly) I feel I've made some really good friends here. The new job and it's office is a 15min walk away, so can still meet up for lunch etc which is nice

I finished the 3rd section of my ITAR training today.

had a council tax court summons because I didn't pay it on time
every other time they sent me a text message or email saying I was in arrears and what I needed to pay... sometimes its £12 sometimes its anywhere up to £32 each month. annoying

This time they just sent me a letter but I was away in switzerland and didn't get back in time to pay it before the deadline...

So I had to pay £60 court charges for a whole outstanding £12

yes its my fault for relying on their messages but I'm sure they did it on purpose to catch me out knowing I always paid only when they told me.

it's stupid theres no way to even check my account online because it needs an unlock code you have to request...

I've set up a direct debit now but I'm still annoyed they only wait a couple of weeks on a missed payment before deciding to take court action, especially when it's such a small amount outstanding

yea but why send reminders each month and then suddenly stop doing it... I assumed it was automated.
