It's not all from monty python. I think i know where Jono is trying to go with that but for me that doesnt matter. It just doesnt read like something somebody already very expressive and overemphasizing in text would actually literally do.

It's a clear reference to the witch trial scene. Which starts off with burning her, then moves to drowning her.

What specific text did they quote from Monty Python?
Plenty of posts going around on twitter and the like about big chunks of her statements being lifted directly from movies/tvshows sometimes word for word.
Come on this stuff is obviously deceptive, not sure why they thought no one would notice it.

I'm not sure if they are allowed to bring it up though as its may be "outside research"?

It's anyones guess what way it will go but a jury will more than likely side with the women.

Shes an actress, she will shed the tears and the jury will feel really sorry for her forgetting shes playing the most important part of her life.

and ***** her burnt corpse?

It isnt a clear reference at all. Witches being burnt/on trial isnt something exclusive to Monty Python

is it? As i said, these arent exclusive to Monty Python/Monty Python didnt invent medieval witch trials.
Doesn't matter if you don't agree, plenty of other examples of things being taken from many different movie/tv shows. It's not like this is the only example.

I chuckled when I saw the footage of her blowing/wiping her nose with a tissues, for her to hold it there whilst someone took a picture. She certainly knows when the cameras are on her.

Well anyone could use that excuse for anything then. "Oh i was just quoting the general idea from this bit of fiction"....

No it isn't.

if it was a complete word by word recitation I would be more open to his excuse. However, it clearly went beyond the humour of Monty Python.
I feel like you don't understand humour. Do I need to explain to you how funny works?

Yes, but the point is this followed the progression of the monty python sketch. Part of the humour of the sketch is its preposterous progression.

It's way more convoluted than that. Manson filed against wood for impersonating an fbi agent, gaining access to his personal information through employees/former employees, lied to other accusers in order to coerce them in to providing a statement which wood and her accomplice provided templates for (and those witnesses then went on to provide the same lies to the cops) and loads of other crazy stuff. It's like Heard vs Depp if they upped the ante by 10x.

Damn that's taking AH crazy and dialling up to 11. Surely if she impersonated a federal agent she should be behind bars regardless.

Shes supposed to be giving truthful statements underoath.
That excuse isn't going to be good enough, she has plagiarized many different plot points from many movies/tvshows and applied it to her relationship thinking that people would either not notice or look past the coincidences.
