They had been in the middle of a bad argument, yet she went upstairs and came back down in a nightgown, just what i imagine someone would do who presumably felt threatened.
Given what she is saying, this is a serious assault and would leave some bad damage, yet no photos seem to exist of any serious assault.
She also seems to remember some really random stuff in great detail, but fails to recall the order of some events.

No prior mention of her blood on the floor, yet she is being "thrown around" amongst broken glass, given her audio recordings and pictures, why no pictures of her injuries from this, might have taken more than makeup.....

Right so loads of cuts and damage, should be photos / medical reports and blood on scene, so should be easy for them to provide proof.
It's got beyond a farce, but there's still people of the window licking variety that will believe this crap.
