I'm really enjoying this. Playing more of a Hybrid atm using guns and spells at the same time.
How does that actually work then? Like BioShock 2 where you have spells on left trigger and guns on right trigger?

Shader compilation happens at the very start of BL3 when Claptrap is dancing across the screen.
I'm enjoying the game but quite disappointed at the performance.
It certainly stutters less than borderlands 3 but I notice there's an "optimizing shaders" message at start up which I've never seen on borderlands 3.
But I got to a point in the game and I'm running at about 40fps on a 3090. It just doesn't feel right, at no point in Borderlands 3 did my fps go that low.
Hopefully future patches will sort it.
You need to be running the latest nvidia drivers. My friend has exactly the same issue with his 3080ti. He fixed it by updating the drivers.
Is everyone playing this alone or does anyone want to team up? I'm level 23 right now but would enjoy playing it as part of a group if anyone's up for it.

You best not be lying as I'm going to add you now...I'll play with you. Level 18 here I think.
You can go back by going through the transition area to Snoring Valley, from there use the fast travel to get to the start.I'm only on level 10 or something. I'm at the part where you meet Torgue and severely underleveled so need to do some sidequests. I've actually been having fun hunting down the lucky dice in Brighthoof; in which vein, how do I get back to the very starting area because I missed most of them?
