One thing no one has mentioned is just how little crap people talk in multiplayer. I think out of all the games I've played only one German kid got really angry and said he would "buy my mother".

Very different to BF1 and all the CoD games where someone seems to be raging pretty much every round

I will totally agree that the kill time is far too quick and the hit reg is slightly off at times. But that can be fixed quite easily with a patch.

With the lack of regenerating shields, you can't argue with a straight face that the rodeo system from the original would be better here. Keeping your Titan standing is hard enough as it is atm.

Totally disagree with your point about the CAR being the only weapon of true utility. We finally have a selection of weapons pretty much all worth using.

See I prefer the stock maps of the previous game, don't particularly find any of the new ones being any good, especially since taking a more 3 lane route ala COD.

TTK can improve but cant see them doing much with the hit reg but could be wrong.

I prefer the original rodeo system it was more fun, I agree it would just destroy Titans far too easy but the new one is barely worth the effort as the damage is minimal.

In majority of the games I've played the CAR is the go to weapons for most players, SMG will out play snipers, shotguns and assaults comfortably if you're someone always on the move.

Sadly IMO it will suffer the same fate as the previous game, a good game that just won't last. I hope I'm wrong and once the COD/BF1 craze dies off that this can pick up a bit of traction over Christmas etc...
 
I didn't even notice that! I can tell it's a really good game because I'm completely happy playing it even though I am useless!

I'm far from a decent FPS player anyway (which is bad as it's my favourite genre since UT99) but I often have at least a 1.5 KDR in games. I'll be lucky if my current KDR is above 0.5 :p

Probably as the text is that small and disappears off screen that quick you can barely tell if anyone has wrote anything anyway.

On top of that you are concentrating on running around like a mad man to even notice.
 
bought it, played it for 2 hours got a refund

- Maps are rubbish compared to TF, to small
- The Graphical old film grain - Annoying you cant turn it off
- Movement you don't feel attached to the ground or get good feedback from wall running

+ Weapon upgrades

TItanFall was better.

I've played for almost 10 hours now and am still seeing new maps. Don't understand how you managed to see them all in 2 hours.

That film grain is infuriating though. Turning the gamma down helps a lot for anyone who finds it too intrusive.

This released at the worst possible time. I enjoyed the single player, but I just don't have the time for online play. I would rather play bf1 and end of the week cod4.

EA messed up big time here, releasing in between the two biggest fps franchise is madness.

See I've gone the other way. I've put 76 hours into BF1 and find it utterly boring now. This though is just so much better for cramming in a few games.

I'll end up head buried in COD4 too this Friday.
