Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Revealed

I hope not as for me this has been the most exiting reveal of the show so far & the rainbow series need a decent tittle after the last few lack luster additions.

Yeah it'll be decent either way, I've just learned not to trust what Ubisoft shows at E3, final release is always at least slightly toned down. Far Cry 3 being a good example of a game that wasn't really much different to E3 on release on PC, but there were differences, and then there is Watchdogs which was a total bait and switch. Thankfully the gameplay is good but the graphics are nothing like they promised, it's far from a next gen title, visually and gameplay the game is like amazing for 2009.

Finger's crossed though.

How come I'm getting this:

Unfortunately, you do not meet the requirements to access the Closed Alpha at this time. Stay tune to our website and Facebook page to get all latest updates about our game as we will need your feedback to improve the game.

Edit, Silly me, It asked me to login to Uplay done that and it logged me out on the next page.. had to log in again.

let down, ubisoft. rainbow six.
Rainbow Six Lockdown which soon turned into rainbow six letdown :D. I think ubisoft has lost the essence of what made an original tom clancy game, ghost recon ended at advanced warfighter, rainbow six ended at raven shield, splinter cell ended at chaos theory for many.

Indeed the last one I liked was chaos theory. I still remember playing the training mission in the orginial. One of my favourite games ever it needs to be remastered imo.

Agree. The game in OP might as well be called Call of Duty: rainbow six. Looks like generic shooter with OTT and completely unrealistic "blow up floors to shoot a guy standing underneath" "feature".

Thanks for letting us know, I've signed up. I'm surprised they didn't do a hardware survey as well, that's usually the norm for any alpha/beta testing.

They did ask if you met the minimum, however they could have scanned or asked to submit one of those dxgig reports since the requirements are above average.

It would be good to see who gets selected as they asked what type of games you played. ;)
