As I suspected Steam said I couldn't install from disc so I'm preloading instead. Crazy!

Why pre-load you have the disc? Just wait till release and then install it.

I assumed when I switched to pc I would play third person games with a pad however after playing saints row with kb+m I would want to use them in everything i can

Seems after review started showing the game became a lot more popular.
Everywhere that was doing cheap keys appears to have bumped their prices a fair bit.

And I see some have even priced the digital download higher than the retail boxed version, very clever considering fi you order now you may not get it for release date.

Side note: Still no key from AMD
