Lord of the Rings was not very good because they didn't secure the rights they needed for the prequel
She Hulk was rubbish because it was a rubbish story and characters
THOR was rubbish because it didn't take it self very seriously and just went for jokes every time and made the protagonist into a joke
Willow was rubbish because it was a rubbish story and characters, and even the main character did a terrible job of reading his lines
I didn't watch the other thing in your list
Obi wan had a sidetracked story line with not great characters (instead of the good main ones) and over (and poor imho) use of the volume
Boba Fett also poor use of the volume and not a great story line or character use

These things are not good for lots of reasons

I liked your post even though I disagree with some of your own opinions.

I liked She Hulk (until the finale)
I really liked Rings of Power.

Obi-wan was below average and Love & Thunder was awful.
 
What killed LOTR for me and Willow for the most part.... I hate Lenny Henry, not for his skin colour but he can't act for ***

Producers are free make whatever shows and movies that float their boats.

Just don’t be surprised when you make something that takes a great big steaming dump on a much loved franchise by totally ignoring established lore/canon and the fans publicly complain about it.
 
Video was quite a funny watch, not the same as the top 5 mentioned in the OP though.

I’m never really sure how the ‘woke = bad’ is supposed to work. If it’s possible to have a diverse cast AND be good (which is possible) then surely the show is bad simply because it’s bad… not due to its diverse cast, the strong female character or whatever.

I didn’t think the latest Thor film was ‘woke’ at all. Rings of Power had a diverse cast and strong leading female characters… it could have been better whilst retaining those things. So… eh? *shrug*

Not that I care either way but the argument would be that Thor is portrayed as a bumbling incompetent, unable to pick up on others’ feelings towards him and is emotionally stunted.

He’s shown up by the much more competent Valkyrie as a leader for Asgard. New female Thor, Jane, is also better at being Thor than him despite only being Thor for five minutes.

I've always found Thor to be a silly, slightly ignorant but warm and likeable jock (who might say something like: "come my good friends! This thing is very easy for me as a god, it is also easy for you, yes?"). There has never been 'huge depth' to him, so I'm indifferent to some some of his existing, more bumbling aspects being played up for humour.

I never gave any thought to the female leads at all.

Of course its possible to have a diverse cast and be good, Peacemaker for example ticks all the 'woke' boxes and yet its an outstanding comic book show. As to what make a show bad, it's quite simple really - if a show/movie has all (or the vast majority) of its pre release talking points being about how diverse the show is, or how its breaking new ground for <insert ethnicity/sexual orientation> then it will suck.

The lead writer/show runner wrote the best Rick and Morty episode (Pickle Rick) and one of the other writers is A) Male and B) wrote a bunch of marvel comic books.

Your argument doesn't describe how it was ruined by being "woke" either.

Unless your argument is that having women writing and directing is "woke"
