Top Gear Is Back!!

And I think I saw Top Gear on BBC World as well, but there it is a shortened version I think with JC doing a different ending for BBC World.

would have been a better finish if they actually put the caterhams round the track - maybe even had a race with the stig? something interesting and not just a load of staged cobblers!

I thought the show was great, people would complain if it was just about cars with no comedy, people complain that fifth gear try to copy top gear, and now people are complaining that top gear has too much staged comedy

Maybe you guys should start your own car show.

Dear god no! I don't think anyone could handle hearing about BMW's, MX5's and Mondeo's every episode. :p

i love top gear but now the contests where they race each other now seem fixed, i used to believe the close finishes but now it just doesn't seem real. anybody know when they've got the moped racing the supercar?

And am I the only one that thought the Lambo laptime was disappointing, it is a 500+BHP car with 4WD and it gets a 1.25

Maybe I was seeing things but I'm sure the car below it was the original coupe version of the lambo?

It was iirc 0.1 seconds faster than the coupe version but didn't Clarkson say this Spider version has more horsepower?

As it was pretty accurate last time ill use again also i beleive this next episode is the last of Series 8.

Next Episode

White vans: a cultural icon of modern Britain, carriers of goods, fat men and England flags. The lads duly pay homage to this iconic vehicle this week when they get behind the wheel of their own white vans. Which it the best to drive? The easiest to steal? The noisiest? All will be revealed and more, as they become bona-fide roadies for The Who. Should save the band from smashing their own instruments...

Richard gets to drive the new prototype supercar from Noble, the M15 and Ray Winstone is the Cockney in a Reasonably Priced car - Jenson Button also tries his luck in the Lacetti; will he manage to complete the lap? Should do as the Lacetti is undoubtedly more reliable than the Lucky Strike Honda.

The guys are Free Runners (Parkour to give it its real name).

If anyone has seen Jump London or Jump Britain then you will have seen much more "hardcore" jumps than what was on Top Gear the other night although a few of the forums seem to say that some of the jumps were "tricking stuff"
