You don't really think those two guys were jumping from those hights and landing on their feet without breaking ankles and legs do you guys? Some of those camera shots where they are jumping and rolling are very high for me to accept. Much like TG these days aall set up comedy but still funny.

Michael
Er, yes I do.

Seen it done by complete nutters so yeah.

Well it was interesting there was not ONE shot showing a full jump from those heights. Just a cut scene of a commando roll.

Inside the shopping center they showed them leaping from the escalators to the ground floor - amazing stuff

Given that they'd have been able to get pretty much anyone and I've seen people do jumps like that many times I don't see why they wouldn't be real.

The heights you can jump from if you are not a lardy fat boy like me, are fit, know how to land, and roll on landing are amazing.

Bear in mind that they have probably both sustained multiple fractures learning how to do it. :D

It was only two shots in particular that I doubted. Years of training maybe they did it for real but as the particular jumps I am doubting were different camera shots from air to ground I still don't believe it. If they did jump from these two scenes then Spiderman has nothing on them two.

I find it funny when The Stig is spoken to, he just stands there silent, especially with them coppers

Fife police with nothing better to do I see :o
Err, you do realise that all that stuff is staged? I'm sure if the a call came through the coppers would be off like a shot.

you have obviously never had dealings with fife traffic cops

:)

i've sat in the back of their beemers(and their teg once) listened to a call about a major fight not 2 miles up the road and their more interested in the legality of my tints than that :) aaaah the good old days

Getting a bit bored of all these staged races now where it always ends up a close call in the last few minutes/seconds.

The whole build a kit car sketch would have been just as funny if they just gave the guys the car to build without all the stig rubbish.

Not a really great episode.
- The Lambo was great, sadly though my bank balance isn't 130k :(
- Peugeot 'race' was crap, I went to get a drink, I had seen the guys before in a program called Jumping London on the Discovery Channel
- The car building bit was funny apart from the fact they made it a race, they should have come up with a better alternative than a Knockhill race

AND STILL NO VEYRON LAP

And am I the only one that thought the Lambo laptime was disappointing, it is a 500+BHP car with 4WD and it gets a 1.25

Whole episode sucked imo, especially the last part - The car came in almost complete trim - with only the suspension, steering wheel, seats and engine to add. With 3 guys thats a couple of hours work tops, the gags were predictable and staged and they didn't even hoon the car about when they finished!
