That's what I thought, but it happens quite a few times when they do their fancy shots with the super cars. The car is on the start line or something and the lights seem like they are flickering, hard to describe. I always thought it was just how the cameras were recording the lights but that seems bizarre given they are hardly fancy lights

Refresh rate on the camera is slower than the LEDs or something like that...

If they're LED then it's likely the shutter speed of the camera will be faster than the modulation of the LEDs. It can also be an emergency brake warning of some sort, depending on the car.
 
Those cars pulling out on hammond are unreal, especially when you consider they're also pulling out on a motorbike with a great big camera on it!
 
Nothing to do with me foxy; he fell off twice in 18 miles through rider errors on flat, straight roads. Maybe next time he'll take public transport.
