Wasn't sure whether to put it in the Lego thread or here. Looks to be a plug to market their new race car range for this year.

New series. Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are in Russia as the motoring magazine returns, taking part in a race across the urban landscape of St Petersburg. James defends the honour of the car in a very small Renault, Richard tries to prove that pedalling is faster by riding a bicycle, while Jeremy attempts to demonstrate that water is the quickest way across town by piloting a hovercraft. To make matters more complicated, all three presenters are racing not only one another but also the Stig, who is making his way toward the finish line by public transport. Plus, the new Lamborghini Huracan is put through its paces and a celebrity takes to the test track for Star in a Reasonably Priced Car.

I know the show is getting rather tired, but they did exactly that a few years ago, the only differences being that it was in London and Jeremy was in a powerboat.

I watched it, the Australia special looks like it will be good :)

Still seemed odd dedicating an hour to this though (maybe something to get the global audience excited for the simulcast?)...and...Christian O'Connell :confused:

£2k of that bike is on the electronic gears - DuraAce DI2 which is heavier than than the mechanical version.
Hammond would be as quick on a road bike costing £1k, as cycling speed is 99% fitness.
