Torchlight II

I'll leave it as

In my opinion this is how you make a sequel in which I ENJOY, that better?. Besides " tens of millions " doesn't mean squat to me as people are sheep to big companies.

WHAT BATTLEFIELD 4, EA GIVE IT TO ME FROM BEHIND... OH LOOK A NEW COD, I'M GOING TO PRE-ORDER TAKE MY MONEY NOW!

Anyway it's my birthday so i don't want any ocukers spoiling it today :D

Yeah now I get where you're coming from :)

Happy Birthday!

First Legendary drop today.

Saw it on the ground saying something like "A Truly Amazing Find". Picked it up and it was that. If I can get some poison enchanted onto that it would be great. My current weapon does so much damage, not due to the DPS but due to the poison damage it gives and all my +poision damage I have geared.

That's not a Legendary btw, so you have more to look forward too gear wise ^^ That's just a Unique

Re: FXAA, this didn't appear to work for me, certainly not as well as the above screenshot demonstration, am I supposed to be doing anything other than disabling AA in-game (it's not forced on elsewhere) and putting the files into steamapps/common/torchlight II? As here are my results before & after;

You have to mess with the FXAA tool in the directory you placed the files, i'm hopeing that guys settings gets posted

Happy Birthday Neil :)

Just defeated the Big Chillhoof, very fun trying to kite him. Managed to find two of the same unique shields. Looking for an elusive Unique socketable bow :)

Skill reset would be good, the way they've done it is a bit odd because there's no dependencies so it's almost better to not use any skill points early on until the more interesting powers open up.

Found a very nice cannon earlier, actually swapped for a crossbow as I was just wiping out enemies too easily.

Great game, already enjoying it more than D3 even if I don't think I'll sink as much time into it (D3 came along at a time when there was very little else competing for my gaming time).

Really liked TL1 and this is proving to be much better so far. I don't think it has the staying potential of Diablo 3, although I guess it depends on how much of a modding community develops but if TL1 modding community is anything to go by it won't be that big.

2H weapons seem much weaker than dual wield am I missing something? I mean Focus allow Execute, and 1 handers seem to hit just as hard as 2H... so why use a 2H :p

Also, the game so badly needs a skill reset. Not because of that's just the "done thing" these days but mostly because of how the skill and stat system works.

Also means if yer having trouble at any specific point you can try diff skills/stats :)

Need to just allow the +/- in the skills window always active.

This is fun, I've got a dual wand wielding embermage with a cool set armour. I've had loads of set pieces and uniques.

Hi all, I downloaded the demo of this last night as I fancied a change. I have not played a game like this at all, in fact the last game I played that looked like this was The Chaos Engine (on the Amiga)! I usually play first person or third person games so was shocked when WASD didn't move me. I played for two hours last night and liked it but was wondering if there is a manual anywhere so I can figure out what is going on? I have looked on Steam and round the web but cannot find anything.

I have figured out the obvious left click to move, interact, attack etc and figured out that right button would do magic but am confused how to use things like rapid fire, does this just happen automatically? My skills so far have been spent on the long range (playing an outlander obviously).

Sorry for sounding completely useless but I would like to be pointed to a bit of a tutorial or something!

I don't know if anything like this exists, but ask away and we can help you as best as possible.

For skills (ones that are not constantly active) you assign to the number keys 1-2-3-4-5 etc etc.

To assign click on the key number on the action bar at the bottom.
