Not using my phone mate, I've got a dedicated 4G router and a Honour 3 handling wi-fi 6 connection to the Q2 which is the only device on the 5ghz channel. I'm afraid there is no way I can see to improve anything as it's just down to the fact that the service is over subscribed in my area because as soon as it goes past 5-6pm the connection goes to ****.
The only time I get a stable and fast connection (normally 15ms latency and 30-40 plus download speed) is around 1am in the morning!!
I doubt anyone would want to play at that time :p Luckliy it's not too bad when I'm working in the day, enough for me to get by anyway.

I will keep trying to get a session in as some days are better than others its just luck of the draw.

ah, that sucks mate :( Do keep trying, tomorrow night at 8pm is hangout night, so if you can get on then it would be great :)

blew up 2 walls above the mining entrance near the teleporter, leads to a whole new world so to speak, simply amazing!

"Lots of iron and gold ore" may be exagerating a little. We had enough for 4 iron bars... and another 3? gold ones...

Still a long way from getting to the climbing tower though. Think the next focus needs to be the mines now. Maybe the forest a bit too if there's more wood we need.
 
When I say wood I mean specialist wood. Though we should have some birch trees at the mountain pass too we can chop.
 
Is there a way to check how much xp you have for next upgrade ? I guess a skills shrine I remember on the quest version ?
Is that in mountain pass ?
I'd like to check that when I get home tomorrow and if I'm close to getting another, I'll level it up before entering mines
 
If we do a mining run tonight, may I suggest that we only look for chests until we get to level 15 where the iron / trails start.

I think we have plenty of copper ore now, and we can always get coal and rock above the mines anyway

Unless you want to stock up on sandstone?

First priority should be getting to level 10 and collecting stone and crystal. Don't need a huge amount of stone I believe, but some. Lots of crystal. That way we can simply use the televator to get to level 10 again in the future.

Whether we play it tonight or not, I don't know or mind.

Don't think it's that much for the little ones. I say we rush down to a crystal level asap. Get as much as we can (100+ I suppose), then rush to level 10, and worry about the rock there.
 
OK sounds like a plan, I have a lot of stone back at the blacksmith
Also a few sandstone


What about chests? Would we check them on the way too or not ?

If we find them before finding the way down, definitely, more recipes is more better.
