Hmmm not noticed. On a similar note i upgraded from a i3-2125 to a i5-2500K both at stock. The extra real cores really make no noticeable difference to the game.

I upgraded from an i3 2120 to an i5 2500 recently aswell mate. Didn't notice a difference at all, but then again I guess we wont as it isn't quad core optimized I don't think.

Could someone please have a look at their GPU Usage when playing and let me know what it is?

Yep, it's just practice.. most of the time I have more trouble getting the flag home than the actual capping, things can start to go pear shaped when hitting the flag stand @ 320+.

Just learn some routes, probably better off learning symmetrical maps first, though Katabatic DS has some excellent and pretty easy 300+ grabs.

Matin is a good player. We both played together for years in the original tribes. He was always a sick player then. If you see him call him mary. He loves that :)
 
this is the best i have played since ut, and q3 arena, speaking of same gameplay style.

Just had the worst game ever on Katabatic.

I was attempting to cap, but was pointless due to us having no defence. So i ended up going defensive PF.

To put a long story short pretty much the entire enemy team was Llama grabbing.. some Infiltrators was even uncloaking and walking over the flag.

Ended up with the following:

Those "Flag Returns" and "Flag Defenders". :/

I didn't retrieve all the Flags.. could have ended up with 35 easily if I started defending earlier.

Ha i just had a match pretty much exactly like that.
 
Upset some rank 35 guy called Boomsecks, who was playing Plasma/NJ4 Raider who kept trying to kill me when I was sniping, but failing.

Never seen someone bitch so much in-game before. Poor lil fella.
 
Anyone having problems logging in?
i just keep getting the eula agreement and then create character name screen as if i'm creating anew account?
Was looking forward to a few games as i splashed out on a merc keyboard!

scratch that- got logged in at last.
 
A cash prize tournament is going off later tonight.

People have found a way to reset peoples passwords, so people are abusing it to keep certain players from login in.

Maybe HiRez are working on fixing this, that's probably the cause of any login problems atm.
 
this is a great game but i'm getting sick of the lag spikes or whatever is causing me to stutter and catch up with my own missiles! lol.
Was grabbing the flag one time and ended up the far side of the map with nothing.
