I can’t confirm the split of support between the UK and Bulgaria but in my personal experience the majority I’ve dealt with app readers to be Bulgarian.

They merged with Tsohost in 2011 to form Paragon Internet Group. Then Paragon was sold to HEG in 2015. Godaddy bought HEG last year.

I moved my sites over to them around 4 years ago, 0 problems up until around 2 months ago when one domain had an IMAP account stop syncing with devices or allowing me to to delete messages. After around 30 support messages and despite the fact I can reproduce the problem on OSX,iOS & windows they are saying it is a device issue even though all other accounts work as expected. Time to move.

I used Tso and Vida many years ago, but not using Krystal to host a forum and its been 100% for 3 years. They even went above and beyond helping with an Xenforo add on issue I had, which was not at all their problem. I'd recommend Krystal to anyone in a heartbeat.

All my sites have now moved from TSOHost. It was nice except for the last year.
