I paid £22... not disappointed despite finding out I could have got it for more like £14... also on the 4th or 5th hospital and enjoying it a lot... a couple of my own tips/observations, some new, some carried across from the original:
You can build and do most things with time paused (especially useful if you don't want to feel rushed furnishing a new room, or if a patient is waiting on the room to be built)
I think early on the best thing to do in a new hospital is to put down the basics - reception, GP office, toilets, staff room and Pharmacy... then wait and see what patients you get and build rooms accordingly as required (rather than trying to plop down one of everything right off the bat)
The "flow" from the original seems the same - i.e. GPs office visit is required inbetween most other room visits... so I like to gradually push my other rooms away from the central GP office area... for instance on hospital 3 I ended up with the initial building containing just reception, a decent sized toilet, and 6 decent GP offices... prior to doing this my initial (3) GP offices were struggling with huge queues
