The Recaros wear with people sitting on the bolster as it's hard to get in and out. Prob sell the standard seats and buy another fixed bucket for the track.

Not sure if I'll keep using my bucket or use the flat one too, it's a bit of a pain for a daily

Replace the bolster foam then, or just ignore it. Anything is a better idea than replacing nice seats with ****y flat ugly ones.

Well as I said I'm unsure if I will replace the drivers seat, for the passenger it makes no odds as ease of access takes a priority. The car is driven sedately in the working week and most of the time at the weekend. So if I'm not taking advantage of what the Sparco offers I might as well have the easy access flat seats and avoid wear and tear on my track day buckets.

i know this probably sounds daft. but why not look at a pair of ep3 seats, the non recaro style?

the bolsters aren't as high as the recaros in the DC2 and dont hug as snugly.

plus they are still styled in a way that would suit the car.

I did look into that but the standard seats are too high and you have to fabricate rails, the Prem/JDM will fit but they're £££ as you well know. Did you notice a high drop when you installed your Prem seats?

I had EP3 seats in my EG6.... They ware terrible compared to DC2 recaros !!!!
EG6 ones ware hmm ok for standard seats.

EliotG Just wait till you see MPGs on that MPS. My mate swapped hes b16 CRX for one.
Average he gets is 22mph with allot of motorway miles :/
