Type R and VTEC owners

I got the paint for my car from amazon. I'll try and find you the link if you like Chris.

Just took my time and primered, three layers of moonrock then two layers of lacquer. Looks decent enough.

I think TGM have some paint left over from when my car was in so I'll just get them to do it for me, they owe me a favour anyway. :)

Entire UK quote is already sold I believe anyway, so importing would be the only route!

I was at my local dealership chatting about my Accord and my shock at the price to fix and we got talking about the NSX. They said a £5k deposit would secure one.

Have the tappets been done recently? I've heard K20's sound like that when they've been done wrong, or done on a warm engine. They need to be done when the engine is stone cold.

What are people getting out of their 2.2 i-DTEC's on a run? See to struggle to get above 50-52 mpg sticking to 70 indicated. If I do 75 indicated it drops slightly to 48-50 mpg. Just wondering if this is in line with other people who have this engine.

Cheers Simon. Do you mean it goes up or down as the temperature increases? Also which oil should I put in it, it's a few k off a service, but the oil is starting to go toward the min, and I've no idea what they put in last. I guess I could just get an oil change done anyway.

As it stands, and if its legit in that spec, that's an £8k+ car.

I would ask why the wheels aren't correct as well as inspect it for crash damage as it screams sly accident repair imho.

Exactly that. If it's legit then I'm buying it. Even WBAC on that car is over £6500.

It sounds like the car needs more spending than what it's worth to keep it going, is it worth it?

ATR's are nice cars, but long in the tooth now. Saying that, finding a decent one is hard work.

Looking to book the S2000 in for a new roof - any recommendations?

And no, not the guy in Swansea after spending a lot of time reading reviews.
