UD5 Overclocking

Have applied your settings madindehead... although I could not get it to have QPI voltage of 1.2v and have used a multiplier of 8:17 for DRAM to run at 1600mhz.
It's been running on Prime95 for over 30 mins and max core temp at mo is 72C will leave on for a few hours and rport back...many thanks

The Gigabyte BIOS actually says "When overclocking set RAM performance to Standard to prevent instability"

Anytime. That pic of my QPI voltage is actually set at 1.34V so you know. The 1.2V is the default voltage.
 
Dooooohhhh... yep mine is running at 1.315v

Have run Prime95 for 3 hours and OCCT for 1hr test and maxed out at 69c over the 4 cores and no falling over!!!!!

Not bad for a air cooled machine!!!

Anytime mate. You might be able to tweak a few voltages here and there. Some need less volts, others need a bit more.

But glad you got it working and pretty stable =)
 
CPU Cores Enabled - All
CPU Muti Threading - Enabled

Last time I looked i7 are quad core ..so 4 core temps!

In my case after 3 hours of Prime95 Core#0 & 3 max 69c, Core 1 68c, Core 2 67c
