Think we looked even better when Elliot went off but Ajax were tiring, definitely still needs addressed as our most glaring issue (assuming Trent can turn effort levels up)

I'd rather go back to hammering teams but you've got to take some satisfaction from beating another team of time wasters 2-1 late on.

Front line looked much better, Thiago added some much needed control in midfield and Matip and Tsimikas were both excellent.

Our right side is completely broken and needs fixing ASAP.

Echo what others have said, right side just doesn't work with Trent/Elliot/Salah. Needs to be looked at or we'll continue to look terrible down that side.

Not that he's the answer but Henderson should be back during the International break.

It wasn't a perfect performance but we played well today and should have won more comfortably than we did. Now withdraw everybody from International duty, send the squad to Dubai for a week and come back fit and firing in October.
