Nah, the batterings by Brighton and Brentford were worseGoing to be tough to pick themselves up after this.
Diaz back for the return?Going to be tough to pick themselves up after this.
Tougher than 3-0 vs Wolves, 3-1 vs Brentford and 3-0 vs Brighton. Ar least they are being battered by historically the best team in Europe and the current champions.Going to be tough to pick themselves up after this.
Its more the being 2-0 up against Real and then conceding 5 which will take it out of them.Nah, the batterings by Brighton and Brentford were worse
Nothing has really changed from those games though, we were lucky to not concede against the Ev and Newcastle. The same holes have been apparent throughout, Madrid are just levels above both those teamsIts more the being 2-0 up against Real and then conceding 5 which will take it out of them.
The question is, how does it get turned around. What change is needed to get back on track.Nothing has really changed from those games though, we were lucky to not concede against the Ev and Newcastle. The same holes have been apparent throughout, Madrid are just levels above both those teams
Real Madrid are just a team that has a core that has played together for so long that they just move through the gears effortlessly sometimes. They can be outplayed and a bit crap but then suddenly they will execute a nice move and you are a goal down.
He's been a completely different player since AFCON, looks like he's lost a yard of pace and teams have also wised up to how to defend against him. What's the fans view on Salah's place in the team? Is he untouchable? I'm not convinced he's anywhere near the level he was at 2/3 seasons ago?
He's still out best goalscorer and I'm not sure we could bring in anyone to replace those goals anywayWhat's the fans view on Salah's place in the team? Is he untouchable? I'm not convinced he's anywhere near the level he was at 2/3 seasons ago?

Honestly I dont know, the signing of Gakpo sums everything currently wrong for me, he wasn't needed. It's a totally baffling transfer. That 40 million could have and should have been used to get a midfielder. I just don't want to see Henderson and Fabinho start in midfield together ever againThe question is, how does it get turned around. What change is needed to get back on track.
