If that’s a penalty then any time you put your hands on a forward in the box it’s a penalty. He didn’t grab him and the player threw himself on the floor on the off chance.

I don't see any grab personally, his arm is around him but he isn't holding him.

Soft but Fernandes was a bit daft giving him the chance knowing full well if he was on the receiving end he'd be rolling.
