Well that's absolutely guttering. When the 8 minute came up, you just knew PSG were going to get some help in injury. What on earth is he supposed to do with his arm in that instance.

Quite literally the only way his elbow could avoid that is if his arm WAS in an unnatural position or he literally had no arm!
