Historically, yes, AC Milan have many trophies.... but these recent years they are mediocre at best.
I think Arsenal players have no motivation in the Premier League.

Looks like, their players are quite cheap compared to the standards set by PSG, Barcelona, Real, Manchester City, etc big clubs right now.
If AC Milan doesn't spend money on decent players, they will always get mediocre results.

They're 7th in the Italian league and thats after winning 7 and drawing 3 out of their last 10 games. Not the mark of a top team.
