UEFA Euro 2012 - Quarter-finals - ** spoilers **

Shape of things to come for the rest of the quarters I think. Dull games.

Haha, he doesn't even take his hands out of his pockets except to give a thumbs up and just carries on, can you imagine if it had of hit Robbie Savage he'd have been rolling around the deck crying like a baby :)
 
From someone else's calculations, if England somehow beat Italy and then lose against Germany they will likely end up ranked 3rd in the world next month.

In a best case scenario where Spain and Germany get knocked out by their opponents in the QFs and England win the tournament, England will end up ranked 1st in the world.

Even if England lose to Italy, but France doesn't win the tournament, or Portugal/Italy reach the final, England will be ranked 4th.

Whatever happens, I predict a thread in a months time about how England are overrated. Also Brazil will drop out of the top 10 for the the first time ever I believe.

Part of the reason this is happening is due to Euro 2008 results dropping out of the calculations.

I really liked Keown cut throat style of commentating. He told it straight and didn't sugar coat anyting.

Portugal against Germany again. Portugal are looking better and better after every game now. Going to be tougher for Germany this time round.
 
Tonight's game will be the best.

Italy England will be zzzzzzzzzzzz like england ukraine was.

France will get mullered by Spain by a whole 1-0 both teams being quite boring to watch so far.

So looking forward to tonight's game.

Won't see tomorrow's game as I'm off camping but don't think I'll miss much :p
 
It'll be interesting if France can get an early goal against Spain, Spain so far haven't looked like they have a lot of goals in them (dire Irish teams aside :p).
