Welbeck has fluffed almost everything and, I like that Rooney gets a penalty, they both say his feet were taken, then the show a replay and switch to "foot near his face" as an excuse realising it's a complete dive but not mentioning it at all. Complete dive.

Spanish team will be thinking how on earth they have Casillas in goal(responsible for letting in a VERY soft goal, while their keeper is making some great saves.

Well it's simple really, we're being shown up for the dross we are, we have only managed a goal in open play when the keeper was tripped over and the other came from a soft penalty.
No doubt the ITV view will be extremely positive and talk about nonsense like unlucky cutting runs and buses being parked.

Even if you don't particularly rate Reina or De Gea, you would still put them in ahead of Casillas, but for me De Gea is excellent and Reina is pretty damn good. Ludicrous playing Casillas now. I don't know what happened to him, he wasn't actually crap when he lost his place in the team, it seemed to be more political. Confidence shot, or, maybe he realised he was getting paid the same without the pressure of actually playing and lost his fight, stopped training at all seriously. Either way he's not half the keeper he was 3-4 years ago.
The thing is it's the manager, it's another change he's been unwilling to make even though it's plainly clear it needs to be made. Win a world and euro cup based off the tactics and squad you inherit, then when changes need to be made he refuses, gets embarrassed in the world cup and still won't make most of the changes needed.
Spain did worse than anyone else in the world cup considering the players available to Spain the squad was poor, tactics poor, team choice pathetic and results a disgrace.
