lol, he'll score after I say this but, Rooney has been utter tripe tonight.... again. 300k a week is just unbelievable. One on one with the keeper, doesn't shoot, tries to go around a pub team keeper and fluffs it, one on one with keeper from a little further out, shoots, puts it directly at the keepers chest, easy save. hopeless for England, hasn't for a very long time done anything to suggest he should be in the squad let alone starting, certainly not the captain.

Seriously, how many yellow cards did Chambers get for Southampton, I never thought I'd look at it when we signed him, or never looked for it. Somehow even in games that are completely over he manages to do something entirely stupid. Deserved a yellow there even if he didn't get one.
EDIT:- looked it up, no yellows in 20 starts last year, 5 starts in the league 5 yellows this year, pressure getting to him? Any southampton fans or anyone who watched him a lot last year remember him being particularly mistake prone or got away without being booked a lot last year?
