UEFA Euro 2016 - The Final - Portugal vs France **spoilers** (10th July 2016)

Shaqiri and Ronaldo for me. The long rangers are pleasing to watch but you see them week in week out. Overhead bicycle? Back heel flick? You don't see those everyday.

Not exactly pro Wenger these days but maybe his idea for the league would work well for tournaments, points for goals. Encourage teams to actually attack and put on a show.

This is the worst tournament I can remember, so many teams playing poorly and just doing enough to go through a game rather than win it, Portugal being the prime example of that.

There have been a small handful of actually good attacking games, HUngary in a couple of bigger goal line games. France vs Iceland was good to watch but a bit easy, ultimately as much as I like Iceland's fight they shouldn't have gotten more than a couple of points. They are one of only 2-3 teams that actually played as real teams, everyone else is just a bunch of people turned up with no cohesive system looking for an appearance fee.

Oh, and feel for Ronaldo, never a good time to be injured but to essentially miss the final when the team is overly reliant on you for goals. It's incredibly rare for an attacking player like him to still be at his peak at what 35 will he be the next tournament.

What the idea of giroud in this France team. He has been completely anonymous most of the time and poor in most of the games.

Portugal are a joke, playing it around at the back with half an hour to go. Would be an absolute travesty if they won this tournament.
