what do u think of UKfsn now are they throttleing your p2p what isMp4 said:Yeah thats what i thought i checked on the nildram login to see my exchange it was clogged to hell and on red , and the notice due for upgrade on "date" blah blah. I phoned Nildram also to see if they could take a look and said BT are on it etc... it did nothing for me in the end. Ukfsn were rated via this forum so i joined them , its been clear for the past month.
no issues
which you can live with ,unlike Nildram who are slowing down off peeks and throttling down ....stopsign104 said:there not throttling p2p just slowing down general speeds at off-peak times. There still brilliant!
peteruk said:Hey all,
I've got a question about speeds on UKFSN...
I migrated yesterday, and all seems fine, but, I'm still on exactly the same speeds as AOL (512kbps down, 256kbps up), even though our line is capable (from signal to noise, attenuation figures etc) of faster, and has been on faster speeds in the past.
What should I do about this? Do I need to wait, or contact them?
Thanks to all help.![]()
Interleaving is part of DLM and is a method used to maintain stability of the line if errors occur. In short it helps maintain service if your line develops issues. If interleaving is used it will increase your ping round trip time by 20ms-40ms. This is a setting made on the line card profile on the BT ADSL equipment at your local exchange.NachT said:I get my ADSL MAX UKFSN activated on monday! Can't wait!![]()
How do I check if interleaving is switched on, on my line?
And what is interleaving![]()
