UKFSN users in plz

Upload Speed: 381 kbps (47.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
am getting this since yesterday morn

usually i dl at 213 kbs ish and my router is saying i am connected @

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 2880 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 56 db 15.5 db
Noise Margin 6 db 17 db

is this what they call a stuck profile?am i stuck on 512k?
if so who should i contact?UKFSN tech support i suppose

Contact Enta direct, slower response but they'll be able to do more about it.

Sync rate != profile.

speedtester.bt.com will show you your profile.

Yeah phone enta they offer support for ukfsn, i had a issue few weeks ago with speeds they sent it to bt and it was sorted in a few days.

Just downloaded the 100mb BIN file on the new entachoice speedtester, 701k download speed, i like it. :cool:

Global Switch 2 is now up and running accepting connections.

Although, on a 7616 Sync, I think I was slightly lucky.. I need to get my SNR reset to get max sync again I think.

well i am back to my usual speed of just over 2 meg

still no contact e-mail from UKFSN

this last one makes 6 mails i have sent for different reasons and have yet to receive a reply.I like the service(when it is working lol)but their customer service sucks big time

It's probably because they have 100's of people downloading it and killing the server.

Worked for me, they removed the bin file i see, now its a simple bandwidth test, bit like the Tosscali speedtester.

Its the same one SixtyClear has on his site. So damn annoying, they whine that normal speed tests are wrong, and then they go and get a normal one!
