UKFSN users in plz

Someone (who isn't BTw) sticks their kit in the exchange, and you get connected to it, resulting in a more complicated migration process (that needs some human intervention).

Tiscali do LLU, so it's possible you're on LLU. You might not be, though.

yup tried that

4 more days of Tiscali hell then i'll be activated on UKFSN! \o/

Tiscali people tried to get us to stay by offering 8mb for £6.99 ( ) but we explained to the guy on the phone that this would just mean we would hit the 1gb download limit...quicker.

He had no suggestions.

W.T.F - 1Gb ?? I hope this is a daily limit; if not i can see why you are migrating !

Thats like 10 minutes a day. :o

I've used 6.14Gb from the 20th to 12am last night, and I consider that a light section of the month.

Yep. Shocking ain't it.

UKFSN gets activated on Monday though. :D

Is anyone having connection issues tonight? I restarted my router and it has taken about 20 min's to connect up. :(.

Hmm yeah i did, thought it was my router, lost connection around quarter 10 last night, looked like my router had locked again, as some of the settings had dashed out like IP SubnetMask etc... and the Negotiation was just stuck on LCP is allowed to come up.... tried till about half 12, unplugging, resetting and nothing, just stuck doing the same, so in the end gave up and went to bed, got up this morning and it came straight on.

It does normally do that my router, but its rare, and when it does it only takes about 1-2 unplugs and it comes straight back on, but as i said last night it just wouldnt have it, was on trying for about 2 and hlf hrs, if it did the same this morning i was gona give Enta a call to see if they could see owt wrong with my connection, and if not i would have just assumed my router had finally gone and bought another one, well after id dug out an old modem ive got kicing about, i was gona try that first.

I did phone a mate who's on Aquiss to see if his was ok, and to check to see if there was anything on the Enta page about probs, but his was fine and no probs were reported on there.

i had the same disconnection, i tried reconnecting for 20 mins then gave up.

the next day it was back to normal but nary a mention of it on the entachoice forum lol.

Very odd then, i thought it was a bit strange for it to be my router, as when it does get stuck with the LCP allowed to come up bit, it normally only takes about 1-2 unplugs and its back on fine as said, so when it wouldn't play ball for over 2 hrs i did start to think there could be something more to it.

Yeah when i got back on this morning i had a look around and there was no mention of any problems, very strange. :)

i am ukfsn but i am thinking about going to be unlimited because my exchange has just been enabled this week for be unlimited.I normaly only get around 3mb to 4mb with ukfsn i was thinking would i get much more with be unlimited?

What router do you have?

Seems like there were some problems last night and it wasn't just down to our routers.
