UKFSN users in plz

I've sent an email to enta tonight as I've been disconnected three times tonight in the last hour. :(.

The WOOSH test has advised that something could be up with my line. :(

how do you upgrade your account on the ukfsn site?
i looked everywhere but can`t see anything resembling upgrade
i even e-mailed the sales address but i have not had a reply as of yet(mind you i have sent about 7 e-mails to ukfsn,to tech, sales and info and never received even one reply  )

Big thread over at ThinkBB about unresponsive e-mails, seems like UKFSN don't bother to reply anymore, so best to phone as said above.

To upgrade or whatever, just select get MAC and put a new order in for the package you want.

I think it is enta not responding as I've sent three emails to them in the last three days through the partner portal.

Phoned them today and they instantly updated my support ticket. :(.

Centrals are getting hammered again, 1 and 2 were down to about 2mb earlier on (been getting hammered all day), picked up a bit about an hr or so ago, but now getting hammered again.

From previous statements the lighting of additional capacity on the pipes is directly linked to growth in customer numbers so the pattern of improvement and slow decline then improvement will continue.

I seem to recall it was about 6,000 customers per 155mbps increase but that may have improved a bit since the price changes.

Bottom line though is that you'll struggle to find a better ISP than the Entanet resellers if you have a large download habit.

Yeah i can see the pipes getting reduced on a regular basis now, its gona be happening a lot more during the peak hrs imo, im on the max 60 and i only do about 30-40gb in total a month, and about half of that is peak time usage. :D
