real numbers are upwards of 1500 Russian forces and similar for Ukraine ones - are you making up numbers again? 10,000??
Yes he is. the group that he is referencing is the Union of Soldiers’ Mothers Committees, which has followed russian casualties since the cold war. their claim is actually around 3,500 dead for the Ukraine.

erm no they didn't - they did how ever use chemical agents
he's taking the **** because he doesn't think it happened. naturally grozny was glorious victory.

I said Ukranian claims.

Russian casualties in the war against Ukraine - from 7 to 12 thousand people, without regard to local separatists killed - expert

I decided to go for 10k rather than 12, see, I am sensible.

Chemical weapons in Grozny along with blown up apartments in Moscow are 9/11 territory... Hence, tin-foil hat. Your arguments are invalid.

P.S

Russian expected losses in Ukraine according to the article.

Loss of Russian soldiers and officers in Ukraine GSH Russian Defense Ministry has calculated : 113 thousand . People. killed and wounded ...

ofc - so chemical weapons in grozny along with chemical weapons in Syria - all 9/11 stuff yeah? wait - the bodies from nerve agents displayed in mass graves are also 9/11 stuff - ofc I forgot

Thats a random "expert" not the Ukrainian government.

I didn't say chemical weapons were true, I was just mocking your assertion it was a walk over because you sound like kim jong un's spokesperson when even the russian military admit it was a disaster.

I think you missed a UN report concluding that it wasnt Assad who used Chemical weapons :rolleyes:

Well I sure as **** missed it - IIRC the remit of the UN report explicitly excluded looking into who actually used the chemical weapons, so they didn't assign blame - only confirmed that the type of agent used and its delivery system. Assad was the only player who is known to have access to both the agent used - Sarin - and both types of delivery system used - BM-14s and the Syrian manufactured UMLACA.

The Kiev regime is screwed, if the war continues then I'd expect lots of trouble in west Ukraine. I doubt the rebels want a ceasefire and I'm sure Putin wouldn't mind a land link to Crimea along the southern border.

Why on earth would there be trouble in West Ukraine? The current government has very strong support for fighting the Russian invasion. If anything, its a bad peace treaty which could cause Kiev trouble.

Ukraine is broke, the economy has gone down the toilet and people are getting tired of the war. Civil disobedience is growing due to the military draft. You can also see this reflected in the Ukrainian army who are getting their back sides handed to them on a daily basis. Poorly equipped (weapons, ammo, food) and most importantly they don't have the stomach for going over to the East of their country and fighting in a civil war

The Kiev regime calls it a 'anti terrorist operation'.

"But testimony from the regions, especially in western Ukraine, tells a different story.

“At least here mobilisation has been a total failure,” said Iryna Vereshchuk, mayor of the small town of Rava-Ruska, in the far west of Ukraine. “People don’t understand what they are fighting against. If it’s a war, why has no war been declared? Why are ordinary people being called up to take part in a fight against terrorists?”

actually by that point in the war - the `rebels` had overrun a number of bases containing both the delivery system and the agents themselves...

You're wasting your time. He is going to hold his opinion, you are going to hold yours. It's just one guy who holds one opinion, it has no bearing on anything in the world as it's based on selective reading of information presented by other people also with biased opinions presented on the internet. The matter is, he is a hypocrite of the highest degree. He is also quite the troll. So really it's best just ignore and save your keyboard.

Fair point :) I'll bill him for some new keys

posted in random image thread but its relevant here

Jesus areksnumbr1sxylady's posts are cringe-worthy! Does he actually ever step back from the thread and re-read any of the drivel he is posting here?

I only joined this "discussion" on page 104 and catching up on some of the stuff spouted since yesterday makes awkward reading! My wife is Ukrainian and her family are from Kiev hence my interest in this, whats your excuse for holding such unwavering support areksnumbr1sxylady? Being paid?

There was a thing in the past, when Ukraine wanted to develop nuclear weapon.
European countries persaude them they want need it,and in case of war they would help and protect them.

You're missing a bit there, Ukraine weren't looking to develop nuclear weapons, they were the biggest nuclear power in Europe and third largest in the world. They dismantled their warheads and sold/scrapped their bombers in exchange for money and pacts with other countries.

and more Russians dead than Georgians.... also it was the prelude to a Russian invasion of south ossetia and Abkhazia

Actually it was a prelude to a Russian led liberation of South Ossetia following the recent Georgian invasion of that state.

liberation or occupation - depends on who`s side you are on doesn't it....

Not really because occupation requires a force to occupy. Granted the are Russian peacekeepers stationed in South Ossetia but no more than before the Georgian invasion (they were there due to the last Georgian invasion in the 90's).

Look at it this way, when Iraq invaded Kuwait a US led coalition showed up, kicked them out then chased them home and gave them a kicking to stop them doing it again. When Georgia invaded South Ossetia, Russia showed up, kicked them out then chased them home and gave them a kicking to stop them doing it again. The only difference is who the TV tells you are the good guys.

Neither of them?

They both suck equally.

Get used to it, any discussion on the internet concerning Russia will be full of useful idiots and Nashi bots talking about fascists, juntas, how Russia is the one true guardian of peace and liberty around the world.
