Looks like the "ceasefire" is well and truly over now. Twitter is buzzing with reports of massive Ukrainian arty/rocket attack on Donetsk.

15 pro ukraine activists in crimea have "gone missing". 2 found dead so far.
So only 13 missing then? or 15 missing + 2 dead?
I'd read it as 15 went missing.
Two have now turned up dead, and given the record for missing activists in Russia and Crimea I suspect the chances of the rest turning up dead (or simply never turning up again) are fairly high:/
The President has signed the Law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Government of Lithuania and the Government of Poland regarding the establishment of joint military unit".
The Agreement provides for the establishment of joint Ukrainian-Polish-Lithuanian military unit and determines the general purpose, principles of activity, decision-making process, security guarantees and other organizational measures related to the activity of the brigade.
The brigade is created for the participation in the international operations that will be held under the mandate of the UN Security Council and the decisions of the authorized bodies of Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine. The Agreement remains open for accession of other states under joint invitation of the parties.
