Since it's described as "not conforming to NATO standards" could it be as simple as ammo that fits in Soviet spec weapons that doesn't fit in NATO weapons.

Probably exactly that, the US used to buy Soviet spec bullets/shells/rockets/etc for Afghanistan but I doubt they will be completing any outstanding orders anytime soon so will have ammo to spare that's useless to them.

The targets chosen don't seem particularly likely as false flag targets. I have seen suggestions that they're being carried out by Russian dissidents though.

Probably wishful thinking but I hope these fires are the Russian people's way of 'voting with their feet'. It'd be almost impossible for the Russian gov to police. Plus impossible for them to hide

I saw this the other night and was lost for words. Germany in particular. Their continued willingness to help and collude with Russia, who are trying to annex countries, has me in despair sometimes. I really do wonder if Nord Steam 2 would have tipped the balance. They'd be so high on Russian energy they'd probably re-sign the Molotov Pact if Putin proposed it.

I am curious what the Ukrainian plan is for dealing with the two bridges (Kherson and Nova Kakhovka) which can't really be traversed without risking getting trapped on the other side, but it would also work against Russian forces to lose those bridges as it would effectively end their ability to retake that city and makes the plan to capture Odessa/connect with Transnistria practically impossible to achieve

Does allow both forces to focus on the Donbas however which probably isn't in Ukraine's interest but I suppose we'll see soon enough what their counteroffensive is.

Ukraine absolutely needs to blow the bridge to crimea asap as it immediately cuts off a major supply route for the southern forces unless they want to do a beach landing and test ukraines anti ship missles again

I agree, I've seen documentaries of sunken ships and I've never seen sea floor imaging with that quality not even close so I also think it's fake
