Increasing levels of readiness, mobilisation and alertness in Belarus - but according to all reports the ground is pretty swampy right now especially the wetland areas that make up a lot of the border, maybe if things do freeze we might start to see more stuff happening in Belarus but the numbers so far talked about would be insignificant - about 1/3rd the forces compared to the initial push from Belarus.

Waiting for the epic tank battle to take back Bakhmut and Soledar

Need some decent artillery and anti-air cover first.

As Putin seems to have no intention of backing down, they are going to have to expend at least another 200K mobilised while trying to maintain the current situation and build up a larger force, mobilising industry, etc. but everything seems to be done so piecemeal and disconnected. By the end of it there will be a significant drain of the healthy male population and Russia will largely collapse.

Plenty of Russian brides for OcUK neckbeards?

Biggest problem Russia has is there corrupt have been from start nothing will change wont win nothing like that.

Which results in some really weird decisions/things happening like the first round of mobilisation before shutting the doors to prevent people simply leaving the country.

Does anyone know which model these will be?
I suspect They will end up being 2A4 variants. Probably the 2PL being the most modern of such. 2A4 is the most common exported variant with enough surplus to hand over. Most nations that used the 2A4 have moved on to more modern versions, and will likely have surplus. Also I doubt Germany would authorise their handing over the more modern variants.

TBH tank on tank is often who fires accurately first. A lot will come down to how well they are used, the quality of the sensors/optical packages and support, etc.

Depends on the model, but one thing is for sure it's hunter killer and stabilisation system, sensors will be far better than any of the Soviet ones, coupled with the fact the crew are not crammed in like sardines.

Losses in Syria look to have been due ambushes and poor planning by turkey at the time.

Tank on tank I'd pick a leopard or any western tank over a Soviet made one.

I see we could be announcing we are sending some challengers, great but useless token gesture with the numbers mentioned, unless we are going to buy old leopards like we have done with arty and send them?

I don't have much knowledge on these things but air raid sirens 'after' explosions. Could this mean the use of hypersonic missiles, or are those nuclear so unlikely?
