With South Korea's population about to literally drop off a cliff there really is no option other than nuclear weapons as any invasion by NK will likely be heavily supported by China as a means to get rid of the US from the peninsula.

I think the plan for those was that they’d be cannibalised for spares to keep those that get upgraded to Challenger 3 standard going, seeing as they’ll be keeping the same hull, engine and drive train (engines to be upgraded with new electronic management system and injection system IIRC), so it’ll be interesting to see what happens going forward. Might we see a cut in then Challenger 3 order?

Media team there only 2.5 miles from the fighting :s Ukrainian forces have mostly pulled back to position parallel to the highway now, unlike Russian claims it doesn't seem 100s have been encircled, though small groups still operating inside western Soledar.
