If they can't access the debt market how are they paying for stuff? Are they printing money?

They are still selling oil and other commodities for hard currency: mostly to China and India, but other places too. The sanctions were never designed to take Russia's oil off the market, just to reduce the profit Russia could make from it. Much as the Saudis and others would love to take that market share, replacing Russia's slice would be years of drilling to do. There isn't any magic extra tap to be switched on.

I think you underestimate what the Saudi's have and how they could increase their production.

The UN go in after a cease fire is declared, there purpose is humanitarian with self protection, however they do not have the big guns so in a proper firefight would be useless.
That's not always true though is it, they're called peacekeepers because they go into hot spots and enforce the peace.

Although I admit it doesn't work like the way it should, basically it would be the west and India who make up the majority of the peace keepers so it would effectively be NATO enforcing it.

So it's never going to happen but it should, the war crimes could be a potential way to do it but they don't have the bottle.

It's more likely we'll be feeding the squirrels I think.

There was a restaurant, I think in the lake district, that did serve grey squirrel as part of a cordon bleu style menu. I would think that as a herbivore animal it probably made quite good eating, like wild rabbit. The sweetbreads would be hard to find on the plate though.

/end of off topic

02:26 - Strikes Hit Many Ukrainian Regions, Including Kharkiv and Odesa, Power Cuts in Some Places -Regional Officials

Apparently second wave of missiles expected - EDIT: Apparently no launches reported in last 10 minutes according to OSINTdefender, second wave already happened.

Several NATO aircraft up like AWACS so guessing they are monitoring activity.
