That's motivation to fight to the last if there wasn't enough before
They didn't have a choice, no one wanted them to get weird with soviet nukes.
As an aside from the camera angles and choice of music I'd guess whoever produced that video was a fan of the original Resident Evil movie.

If Ukraine still had nukes there would have been no invasion. Ukraine should have insisting on stronger guarantees for giving them up.

Wagner Group clearly wants their troops to be treated the same way the Allies treated SS and Waffen SS troops during WW2. Sucks to be them.
Because if Ukraine had nukes, Russia wouldn't have invaded.
Speaking of nuclear apocalypse, where's this third world war I was promised? According to the anti-Ukrainian bedwetters it was supposed to arrive at least a month ago, if not earlier. What's the holdup?

Yeah but that's not what Grim5 meant, I'm pretty sure he wishes Ukraine had nukes so they could use them. It's flippant comment made by someone who doesn't understand the consequences of a nuclear war. If Ukraine had nuclear weapons then perhaps there wouldn't be an invasion at all, there would just be a different series of maybe better or maybe worse events that no one can be sure about.
For a guy that runs a pro-vaccination Facebook group as a hobby, you've got some audacity talking about "bed wetters". Nuclear war is actually the single most devastating thing that could happen to the human race aside from a huge asteroid hitting the Earth or a gamma-ray burst, and we're currently almost in direct conflict with Russia, anyone sensible would take that threat seriously. It isn't a lack of support for Ukraine, but a fundamental wish to avoid the kind of devastation that would be close to an extinction level event. Sorry if I'm not waving my Ukrainian flag vociferously enough, but pragmatism forces me to be more concerned about that than who governs some **** hole in Eastern Europe you couldn't pay me to visit in the best of times.

Listen, as much as Ukraine is fighting a defensive war on it's own sovereign territory, they have also committed the same kind of atrocities. Both sides are treating each other like animals. That's what war does to people.

cool so your tactic is let Putin have what he wants. at *some* point we would have to push back so better do it now rather than after he has the wealth, land and bodycount of various other countries you deem unimportant.
our 1st mistake was in 2014........ but it proves you can't give an inch to Putin. we did that and it didn't stop him. what makes you think giving him the Ukraine would be enough?
obviously I don't want nuclear war either and to suggest those who want Russia to lose do is hugely dishonest.
I wish no one had the weapons to end the world (including us) but the tech exists so we are where we are. part of the deal in Ukraine getting rid of the old soviet nukes was we would step in and defend them if push came to shove.... and Putin IS shoving

For someone who claims they aren't on Russia's side on this, you seem to be putting a lot of effort into coming here and supporting a lot of their viewpoints with what you say.

Do you have any idea why we haven't seen a nuclear war yet? It's because the only nations that might be insane enough to use nuclear weapons are deterred by the fact that the nations they want to hit with nuclear weapons, also have nuclear weapons.
The MAD doctrine has successfully kept nuclear war at bay for almost a century now. But you want me to believe we should all be quivering in an underground bunker because the West is supporting Ukraine's defence against Russia's invasion? Don't make me laugh.

I would take the threat seriously if it existed. But it doesn't. Nobody's threatening nuclear war right now. Not even Putin. He knows that the moment he pushes that button, Russia ceases to exist.
Again, where's this third world war I was promised? Where's the nuclear holocaust? The fearmongers told us NATO was rushing everyone headlong into global conflict. They said this last year. They're still saying it this year. Every month they just move the goalposts and start whining again. How long do I have to wait?
