I'm not surprised at all by lack of intelligence. Governments dont tend to release "intelligence", they release snippits of pertinent information to press etc.
Intelligence is a closely guarded secret because to release actual intelligence can betray sources, means of collection and capability, allowing this sensitive information to be known can give adversaries means to counter our intelligence collection ability.
I mean you are aware security classification system we use right? I can guarantee you that all of this intelligence will be classified as secret or above. I.E not for public dissemination. They may choose to declassify and release small bits of info for press conferences etc.
OSInt covering the region has provided plenty of "evidence" of the military build up, combine that with known tactics and precedence's, and you have a general idea of whats going on. An actual attack is far from certain, however it is going by what is happening despite ol Vlad saying he's not going to attack, forces keep mounting up and it would be very unwise for Ukraine and surrounding region not to take heed and prepare for the worst, that is what is happening.
