Think it's just waiting for the ground to dry up at the moment but who knows. I'm pretty sure the Ukranians know what they're doing, they're likely getting plenty of intelligence help.

Catch 22 as Ukrainian cant be seen to be doing nothing, at some point they are going to need to try and go on the offensive.

Right now all that western support is based on them doing something with it.

Ukraine are doing plenty- they have blunted a superpower's army.

The counter will happen when the time is right. The Russians failed offensives show how a badly planned and supported attack is a bad idea.

Have you seen what the ground looks like over there? It rains every other day and the ground is water logged:

Fight through that like Russia tried and you end up getting smashed to pieces because the where your going to try and advance from is obvious. The below was captured by Ukraine drone operators, the tanks got hit by artillery and in a panic the drivers of the other vehicles went off road to avoid getting hit but as a result they hit land mines. Overall Russia's offensive to take the small town of Vuhledar resulted in Russia losing 36 tanks and 100 other armoured pieces for no gains, if Ukraine tried something that stupid with western weapons they would probably lose all support.

That's not a bad thing TBH, Russia are expecting/preparing for it, that's resources that they cannot commit elsewhere.

But he/she isn't doing wrong. We do want Russia out of there, and are anxious to see Ukraine make some moves to see it happen. There was no reason to be rude.

I'm aware we all know relatively little because of the secrecy surrounding the plans, I'm seriously hoping it begins soon though and Russia is pushed back to their border.
