The reason for this is that the Russians treated them far worse than the Germans did (camps aside obviously) during occupation.

Might be useful knowledge for people who are embedding Reddit links here actually. And the Old reddit site is a million times better than their redesign.
I'm sure the Russian driver will have something to inflate the tyres with, even if it's just a bicycle pump nicked from a kid.
I doubt that truck has any auto inflation system given the Russians love of using equipment that dates back from days of Cilla singing Ferry Across the Mersey (live) and our last world cup win, and even if it is a newer model that came with one out of the factory I doubt it's working given their known issues with far simpler things such as the actual tyres let alone what can be quite a complicated system requiring specialist parts to maintain.

Russian commanders are understood to be imprisoning their own troops in grilled holes underground as the struggling invasion resorts to extreme methods of discipline in Ukraine.
