I'm pretty confident that the majority of people here distanced themselves quite quickly and were anti thiswar. Without doxing myself, my last company had a significant exposure to Russia. We voluntarily liquidated everything at significant loss far in excess and before sanctions. This I had mentioned previously.
And the irony of mentioning humility and compassion in a thread that tolerates no dissenting opinion, is happy for people to fight other people's wars, celebrated the deaths of countless young men etc, gloated over videos of death. Hilarious. I don't want to be offensive but having followed this thread for a couple years it confirms the stereotypes of the English being blood thirsty warmongers.
I would suggest enrolling in a school if your ignorance is that profound.

Interesting that Ukraine has started using their Baba Yaga carrier drone which also acts as a relay that means it can drop cheaper FPV drones deeper into enemy territory and extend their effective range
lol, how very Swiss of you. Vladolf invaded a nation that was of no threat to Russia. As far as I know Russia was never the target of any nation, unless you know otherwise? So, IYO who are the Ukrainians fighting for exactly?

We all want the war to stop. Most of us simply want the responsibility for this to fall on Russia as the aggressor.
This isn’t just morally right, but it’s important to set an example for the future to prevent this happening all over again.
By blaming the victim, it encourages more war not less.

Russia vows to respond if EU uses its frozen assets for Ukraine support
Moscow has vowed to respond in kind if the European Union taps into frozen Russian assets to pay for Ukraine's reconstruction.
The EU has proposed using income generated from roughly $300bn (£237bn) of Russian central bank reserve funds frozen after the invasion of Ukraine last year.
Russian finance minister Anton Siluanov told the Russia 24 channel that the country had its own assets frozen through countermeasures.
"The figures are not small, the income from using these funds is substantial and can certainly also be used if a decision is made by our unfriendly partners," he said.
Earlier, Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov branded German leaders a "thieving lot" after prosecutors in the country announced plans to confiscate more than €720m (£624m) of frozen Russian funds (see 12pm post).

Fairly sure the West has already written off any investment assets in Russia. Certainly big names like BP, Shell, Carlsberg, McD's, Starbucks to name a few.
Quite happy to see red line #437 in the rear view mirror personally, and there's a pleasant irony to confiscating money off thieves and using it to benefit the victims. I have little sympathy for the loss of jobs in the Super Yacht industry which seems to be where these stolen funds ended up pre 2021.
I'm sure Chinese billionaires will be delighted to pick up these floating palaces on the cheap.
When Russia says it will respond what they mean is they'll do a tit for tat. Meaning we take their frozen funds and Russia will start taking funds from those countries invested in Russia. Its hollow threat though cause Russia has already seized most if not all western assets in Russia

Well a German patriot battery (which are trailer mounted and can be easily moved) did just arrived a couple weeks back. They may have pulled it to the front like they did a few months ago with the other German patriot battery that was pulled to Eastern Ukraine and shot down several planes and helicopters in a single day
