I see turkey being a prime target for expansion. Sure, finland offers oil and reduces sea access observations for the north pole however the black sea is needed for naval access to the EU countries in addition to romania etc.
Not sure the same response would be for romania - being in the EU.. it’s likely to get response from all the EU countries in terms of troops etc.
Definitely. The area around the entrance to the Black Sea is at very high risk if Russia want to expand this after Ukraine.

They do love dragging things it out. Lets hope the guys in the UK, already 'experienced combat pilots' can be somewhat fast-tracked.

learning to fly a plane doesn't take a couple of weeks training.... the pilots will by flying a ten million dollar plane, if they dont know how to fly them properly thats a lot of money wasted if they end up nose diving in the sea. You have to be realistic when giving stuff away otherwise you will cause problems for yourself

I don't think Russia would get anywhere attacking Turkey even if NATO wasn't a thing. They have a large and much more modern military (esp. airforce) in comparison to Ukraine. And a lot of their equipment is home grown meaning they'd be a lot less reliant on foreign aid.

Yeah taking strategic weapons out of the equation Turkey is a near peer military to Russia and in some respects more modern, it would be hugely costly for Russia to take them on.

If Europe was not so incompetent and utterly reliant on the US it would be a good time to start boycotting American products, starting with Tesla cars. It's the only thing those isolationists care about, money.

How long do you think it should take a pilot to be able to target something and press the trigger? They are just stringing Ukraine along.

America first cannot be a one way street.

Equally significant is that Russia and Turkey have no land border. Russia would be primarily dependent on launching amphibious actions across the Black Sea; that's a huge ask against any foe.

Or conquer and secure down through the Caucasus to get there.

Unfortunately Visegrad24 is one of the highest disinformation spreaders on Twitter and they rank highly for number of posts that get community notes. In this instance their "source" does appear to be a single random post on Telegram and no other news is repeating the story
Plus, it's not like it would make much difference. If anything, he might be replaced with somebody more competent.
